Captive by Bella Ash

This is a two-part story which does what it says on the tin: mafia, bad boys, enemies to lovers, and some steam. VICIOUS HEIR: Enemies to lovers. Force marriage.  This Angel and Emma' story. Emma saves Angel's life and as a mob thank you, she's made Angels captive.  BRUTAL ENFORCER: Revenge turns to mutual love. This is Omar and Lyce's story. Lyce is the daughter of the rivalling family and their union is less than applauded by their families.

Mr Cocky by Leslie North

Mr. Cocky is the third book in the Billionaire Bossholes series written by the pseudonym Leslie North. Billionaire Theo is struggling because his mother thinks he needs a proper girlfriend, but he doesn't really know what one of those is - he's more into the one night stand and arm candy variety.  Max is working as a photographer and manages to fall asleep on the bed on the yacht she is currently photographing. Upstairs on the yacht, Theo is trying to seal a deal with a skilled yacht builder and his wife. Unfortunately the wife is doing everything to stop the deal unless Theo does her bidding in the bedroom. Theo and Max agree to enter a fake relationship and some hilarity ensures. Quick, easy read to while away an hour or two. Nothing too surprising, although I am not keen on the short cut to HEA. #MrCocky #NetGalley

Mr Jerk by Leslie North

RELEASED TODAY!!!! Not really Mr Jerk at all! It feels like the title was set to match the others in the series, or heavily rewritten after the title was selected?! In true style of the "Leslie North writer collective", this is another easy to read, feel good romance story that will help you kill a few hours, bring some smiles, and make sure you cheer on the girl gang. I see that it's currently available on Kindle Unlimited, so if you're already a subscriber, why not download it and escape for a few hours. I was given a free copy to review by Netgalley.  #MrJerk #NetGalley

Ms Perfectly Fine by Kate Callaghan

Last year, I read the brilliant "The Naughty Or Nice Clause" written by Kate Callaghan, so when I saw she had another book available on Netgalley I grabbed it as soon as I could. I was not disappointed!  In "Ms Perfectly Fine", Callaghan mixes romance and a bit of suspense to create a hard to put down enemies to lovers story. Autumn, a professional pianist is finally ready for the spotlight again after her tragic accident and she's practicing all hours to be fully prepared for her first public concert in ten years. However, she's not prepared for or welcoming the distraction of her landlord suddenly having let half of the house where she's living to someone else. Having IT geek Elijah suddenly appear inside her house in the early hours, is a shock to say the least!  At the beginning of the book it's very easy to side with Autumn against the Elijah, but as the story evolves, the good and the bad of the two characters evens out.
